The Continental Refrigerator SW36N12M mighty top sandwich unit holds 12 sixth-size food pans and can also hold larger ingredients such as jugs of dressing in its two bottom sections. For increased durability, the unit's front, top, and end panels are made of stainless steel, while the back and interior walls are made of aluminum.

The Continental Refrigerator SW36N12M prep table is mounted on 5-inch casters, so it can be moved around the kitchen when it needs to be cleaned or accessed for maintenance. Self-contained, the refrigeration system is mounted in the rear. To keep cold air from escaping the cabinet, it's insulated with polyurethane foam.
