Its 8-inch-deep full-length nylon cutting board creates a compact and functional workspace for assembling sandwiches and salads.

To provide a more eco-friendly option, the Continental SW36N15M-FB Mighty Top sandwich/salad prep table is equipped with a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain consistent temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The unique airflow distribution system ensures even cooling throughout the pans, preserving the freshness of stored ingredients. Compact casters provide maneuverability, while the front-breathing design enables flexible placement in busy kitchen environments. With an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator and an off-cycle defrost system, this unit reduces the risk of ice buildup.
