Engineered for consistent cooling, the Continental SW36N8 sandwich/salad prep table maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit with a unique airflow distribution system. Its rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system operates with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, offering energy efficiency and environmental benefits. An automatic hot gas condensate evaporator works to deter moisture build-up, and an off-cycle defrost system ensures frost does not accumulate on internal components.
