Additionally, this unit features a removable interior tub below the pans, an off-cycle defrost system to prevent ice buildup, and a fully enclosed, removable case back that simplifies cleaning and maintenance. Mounted on 3³/₄-inch casters, the table's front-breathing design facilitates placement in compact, high-traffic kitchen spaces.
