The refrigerated base of the Continental SW48N10C-FB-D is engineered for consistent and reliable cooling, with temperatures maintained between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit by a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system and unique airflow distribution design. Insulated with 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam, the base ensures efficient cold air retention to preserve ingredients and reduce energy consumption. Its automatic hot gas condensate evaporator eliminates excess moisture, while the corrosion-resistant plasticized fin evaporator coil ensures long-lasting performance. A removable interior tub beneath the pans simplifies cleaning after busy shifts, and the unit's fully enclosed, vented, and removable case back facilitates quick servicing. Mounted on 3-3/4-inch casters, the table is mobile and adaptable to evolving kitchen layouts.

The Continental SW48N10C-FB-D sandwich/salad prep table is a front-breathing unit designed to meet the needs of high-volume kitchens. It features a 19-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board, providing an expansive workspace ideal for sandwich and salad preparation. Its aluminum back and interior offer lightweight durability, while smooth polished chrome drawer handles and magnetic snap-in Santoprene® gaskets enhance usability and temperature retention. This standard top accommodates (10) 1/6-size recessed pans, each 4 inches deep, ensuring ingredients are organized and accessible during service. Constructed of stainless steel on the top, front, and end panels, the table is built to withstand demanding commercial environments. Four stainless steel roll-out drawers provide versatile storage, accommodating either (1) 12 x 18 x 6 pan or a combination of (1) 1/2 x 6 and (1) 1/3 x 6 pans per drawer.
