The Continental SW48N12-FB sandwich/salad prep table is a front-breathing unit designed with a 13.4-cubic-foot capacity for storing fresh ingredients and bulk items. This versatile design accommodates (12) 1/6-size recessed pans, each 4 inches deep, for organized ingredient storage. A 12-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board spans the front of the unit, providing a versatile workspace for assembling sandwiches, salads, and more. The top, front, and end panels are constructed of stainless steel, and the back and interior are made of aluminum to ensure this prep table can withstand the wear and tear of busy kitchens or food preparation stations.

The refrigerated base of the Continental SW48N12-FB is insulated with 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam to maximize cooling efficiency and maintain consistent temperatures. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system is equipped with an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator and corrosion-resistant plasticized fin evaporator coil, ensuring dependable cooling performance over time. Smooth chrome door handles and magnetic snap-in Santoprene™ gaskets contribute to secure and easy access to stored items. Designed for convenience, the base also features a fully enclosed, vented, and removable case back for simplified servicing and is mounted on 3-3/4-inch casters for mobility in dynamic kitchen environments.
