Featuring a 19-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board, this prep table offers a generous workspace for assembling sandwiches, salads, and more. The standard top design accommodates (12) 1/6-size recessed pans, each 4 inches deep, keeping ingredients organized and within reach during service. Constructed with stainless steel top, front, and end panels, the unit delivers exceptional durability, while the aluminum back and interior add lightweight strength suited for busy commercial kitchens.

The refrigerated base of the Continental SW48N12C-FB includes two heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel shelves for additional storage. Its rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system maintains consistent temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit using a unique airflow distribution system. Insulated with 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam, the base retains cold air effectively, while the automatic hot gas condensate evaporator and corrosion-resistant plasticized fin evaporator coil provide reliable cooling performance. For operator convenience, the base includes smooth, polished chrome door handles, magnetic snap-in Santoprene™ gaskets, and a removable interior tub beneath the pans for cleaning. The 3-3/4-inch casters and fully enclosed, vented, and removable case back enhance mobility and serviceability, ensuring the unit adapts to dynamic kitchen environments.
