Because it's mounted on 5-inch casters, the Continental Refrigerator SW48N12M mighty top sandwich unit can be moved anywhere in the kitchen. Mounted in the rear, the refrigeration system is accessible for maintenance when it's pulled away from its regular position. To prevent ice buildup, the condenser uses an automatic hot gas condensate.

The Continental Refrigerator SW48N12M prep table is equipped with a full-width cutting board, so users can pull freshly sliced vegetables from the food pans and assemble salads and sandwiches on its nylon surface. Helping users store and organize ingredients, the unit includes 12 sixth-size food pans and two epoxy-coated shelves. The unit has two separate sections that are accessed by self-closing doors.
