Continental SW48N18M 48" Sandwich/salad Prep Table W/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Simple to clean and ready to use, the Continental Refrigeration SW48N18M Mighty Top sandwich prep unit features a 10-inch-deep cutting board and top opening that can hold many ingredients at one time. The opening comes with a large removable tub and 18 sixth-size pans. When not using the ingredients, an employee can pull down the lid to keep them cold and fresh.

The refrigerated base of the Continental Refrigeration SW27N12M prep table provides storage for backup ingredients. Food can rest on three levelsa'¬a€the floor and two epoxy-coated shelves. To ensure cold temperatures, the walls of the base are filled with dense insulation. Temperatures inside can be adjusted between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit using the electronic controls. The built-in expansion valve refrigeration system maintains the desired level and, if the temperature rises or falls, the valve adjusts the refrigerant flow to compensate, restoring the set temperature. For monitoring, this unit has a high/low temperature alarm.
