With a large top compartment, the Continental Refrigeration SW48N18M-HGL Mighty Top sandwich prep unit can accommodate 18 different ingredients. The top comes with sixth-size pans and a removable bin to facilitate cleaning. A hinged lid protects the food from contaminants while showing how much is left of each ingredient. If one of the foods runs low, staff members can retrieve more from the refrigerated base.

This Continental Refrigeration SW48N18M-HGL prep table features an 8-inch-deep cutting board made of white nylon to simplify cleaning and which can be used to prepare foods. Likewise, the top, front, and sides of the unit are all made of stainless steel for swift cleaning. The aluminum-lined base prevents corrosion from forming inside. For convenience, the base comes with shelves to organize the storage space, and its temperature level can be monitored on the front digital display.
