The stainless steel front, top, and end panels, combined with an aluminum back and interior, ensure the base is durable enough for demanding kitchen environments. Mounted on 5-inch casters, the unit offers mobility for flexible placement, and the completely enclosed, vented, and removable case back simplifies maintenance.
The sandwich top of the Continental SW60N12-D sandwich prep table is designed to streamline food preparation, accommodating (12) sixth-size recessed pans up to 4 inches deep. Its 12-inch, full-length nylon cutting board provides a versatile workspace for assembling menu items, while the extended countertop is a good place for storing countertop equipment or dishes. The insulated lid reduces heat transfer to preserve ingredient freshness, and a removable tub below the pans ensures easy cleanup. The unit's rear-mounted refrigeration system keeps pan contents at a consistent temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
