Santoprene® magnetic snap-in drawer gaskets maintain a reliable seal, while 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation enhances energy efficiency and temperature retention. The stainless steel front, top, and end panels, combined with an aluminum back and interior, ensure the base is durable enough for demanding kitchen environments. Mounted on 5-inch casters, the unit offers mobility for flexible placement, and the completely enclosed, vented, and removable case back simplifies maintenance.

The sandwich top of the Continental SW60N12-D sandwich prep table is designed to streamline food preparation, accommodating (12) sixth-size recessed pans up to 4 inches deep. Its 12-inch, full-length nylon cutting board provides a versatile workspace for assembling menu items, while the extended countertop is a good place for storing countertop equipment or dishes.
