The top, front, and end panels are constructed of stainless steel while the interior and back are made of corrosion-resistant aluminum.

Featuring 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation, the Continental SW60N12M-D sandwich/salad prep table ensures energy efficiency and reliable cold storage. Santoprene® magnetic snap-in drawer gaskets provide a dependable seal to preserve product freshness. Smooth polished chrome drawer handles and heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel shelves enhance storage capabilities, and 5-inch casters add mobility for adaptable kitchen layouts. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system maintains consistent temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, while the insulated lid reduces heat transfer. To avoid buildup of frost and moisture, this unit is equipped with an off-cycle defrost and an automatic, hot gas condensate evaporator.
