The Continental SW60N16C sandwich/salad prep table offers a versatile workspace with its 19-inch, full-length nylon cutting board, ideal for assembling and preparing ingredients efficiently. This unit accommodates (16) sixth-size recessed pans up to 4 inches deep, with a removable interior tub below the pans to simplify cleaning between shifts. Its two spring-loaded, field-rehingeable doors that self-close ensure reliable access to stored items, while the stainless steel top, front, and end panels, combined with a corrosion-resistant aluminum back and interior can withstand the wear and tear of busy foodservice environments. The electronic controller with a digital display and hi-low alarm ensures precise temperature control and monitoring.

Designed to maintain consistent storage conditions, the Continental SW60N16C prep table uses a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system to hold temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The insulated lid minimizes heat transfer to maintain cold air, and Santoprene® magnetic snap-in door gaskets provide a dependable seal. Heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel shelves offer sturdy storage for additional items, while smooth polished chrome door handles and 5-inch casters enhance usability and mobility. This unit features a completely enclosed, vented, and removable case back to simplify servicing, an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator to prevent water buildup, and off-cycle defrost to reduce frost accumulation.
