Equipped with a 12-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board, the Continental SW72N18-FB sandwich and salad prep table provides ample workspace for sandwich and salad assembly. This unit also features three field-rehingeable, solid doors, ensuring flexible access to stored items while maintaining an organized layout. It holds 18 sixth-size pans, each up to 4 inches deep, and is made of stainless steel for the top, front, and end panels.

Designed to maintain consistent pan temperatures, the Continental SW72N18-FB prep table includes insulated lids and an aluminum interior lined with 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation. The spring-loaded, self-closing doors minimize temperature loss, while Santoprene™ magnetic gaskets create a secure seal. The three heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel shelves enhance storage stability. This unit also features a front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration system that uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and is mounted on 3³/₄-inch casters for easy mobility.
