The Continental SW72N18-FB-D 72-inch-wide sandwich and salad prep table features six roll-out drawers, accommodating (1) 12-inch by 18-inch by 6-inch pan or a combination of 1 half-size by 6-inch and 1 third-size by 6-inch pans per drawer (supplied separately). It also holds 18 sixth-size pans up to 4 inches deep and includes a 12-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board to provide a spacious work area for food assembly. Made of stainless steel top, front, and end panels, this prep table offers durability and a professional appearance for demanding environments.

Engineered for consistent temperature control, the Continental SW72N18-FB-D prep table features insulated lids that help maintain the freshness of stored ingredients. Its aluminum interior is insulated with 2-inch-thick polyurethane foam for reliable cold storage. Polished chrome drawer handles and Santoprene™ magnetic gaskets create a secure seal and smooth operation. The unit is equipped with a front-breathing, rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and is mounted on 3³/₄-inch casters for flexibility and mobility.
