Equipped with a 19-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board, the Continental SW72N18C 72-inch-wide sandwich and salad prep table holds 18 sixth-size pans, each up to 4 inches deep, and features three field-rehingeable, solid doors for flexible access to stored items. The top, front, and end panels are crafted of stainless steel, ensuring durability and a sleek, professional appearance.

To ensure consistent temperatures, the Continental SW72N18C prep table includes insulated lids and an aluminum interior insulated with 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam. Santoprene™ magnetic gaskets provide a tight seal, while spring-loaded, self-closing doors help minimize temperature loss. This unit is equipped heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel shelves, and the removable interior tub beneath the pans simplifies cleaning. This unit has a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, along with 5-inch casters for maneuverability.
