The Continental SW72N30M-D 72-inch-wide sandwich and salad prep table features six stainless steel roll-out drawers, providing versatile refrigerated storage for a variety of pan sizes. Designed to accommodate one 12-inch by 18-inch by 6-inch pan or a combination of one half-size by 6-inch and one third-size by 6-inch pans per drawer (supplied separately), this unit supports efficient ingredient organization. The top, front, and end panels are constructed of stainless steel to offer durability in demanding kitchen environments. An 8-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board adds a convenient prep surface, while 30 recessed sixth-size pans, up to 4 inches deep, ensure ingredients are easily accessible.

The Continental SW72N30M-D salad/sandwich prep table is equipped with an 8-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board, providing ample space for preparing sandwiches, salads, and other menu items. Its aluminum interior is insulated with 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam to ensure temperature stability. Magnetic Santoprene™ drawer gaskets ensure a tight seal, while smooth, polished chrome handles enhance usability. For added convenience, the unit includes a removable interior tub below the pans for easy cleaning and 5-inch casters for mobility. The electronic controller with digital display and high/low alarms provides precise temperature management, while off-cycle defrost and a hot gas condensate evaporator simplify maintenance.
