Delfield 18691PTBMP 91" Pizza Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Delfield 18691PTBMP pizza prep table has top rails that hold 11 third-size pans for storing toppings. These rails are mechanically cooled to maintain a temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Hinged stainless steel covers are included to prevent the loss of cold air and to protect food in the pans from contamination. Its exterior is made of stainless steel, enabling the unit to withstand heavy use, and its interior has a stainless steel bottom and back with sides and door frames made of tough ABS plastic. Insulation is provided by high-density polyurethane foam, which is better for the environment than other methods.

The Delfield 18691PTBMP pizza prep table has two door compartments in its base for additional refrigerated storage. Each compartment has a shelf made of wire with a corrosion-resistant epoxy coating. Temperatures inside the base are kept between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit using eco-friendly R290 refrigerant. The side-mounted condenser can be accessed through the front louver and supports safe operation when backed against large equipment or walls. Both doors are equipped with dart-style gaskets that can be removed for cleaning, maintenance, or replacement.
