This workspace creates a large surface area for preparing customized pizzas and is placed on the front of the unit. Directly behind and raised above the cutting board is a space designed to hold third-size food pans for keeping produce, meat, or shredded cheese close at hand while crafting pizzas.

This table's sizeable exterior measures 67 inches wide overall and fits two field-reversible doors. Once open, this unit's cabinet offers a useful capacity of 19.29 cubic feet equipped with two adjustable shelves per section. Included with the unit are shelf support pilasters that keep the shelves stable; the shelves are adjustable in ¹/₂-inch increments. For smooth stocking, the doors remain open at a 90-degree angle. For durability, this unit is supported by a stainless steel front, sides, top, and interior, while the back and bottom are constructed of galvanized steel to provide corrosion resistance.

This Hoshizaki PR67B prep table offers a self-contained refrigeration design for convenient installation and boasts a capillary tube system that circulates environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The rail temperature can be set between 16 and 36 degrees Fahrenheit, while the cabinet holding range measures from 28 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit is installed with a defrost system to reduce strain on the evaporator and other integral parts.
