Hoshizaki PR93A 93" Steelheart Pizza Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Hoshizaki PR93A Steelheart prep table is for pizza prep because it has a full-length cutting board that's deep enough to hold large pies. Cooks can prep ingredients from the pan rail on this board. The pan rail holds 12 third-size, 6-inch-deep pans and uses air ducting to distribute cold air around product evenly. Extra product can be stored in the refrigerated cabinet base; it has three sections, each with a hinged door and two adjustable shelves. These doors are reversible in the field and have a self-closing feature that retains cold air.

Air flows in and out the front of this Hoshizaki PR93A pizza prep table, so it can be installed flush to other surfaces on the sides and back. Its refrigeration system is self-contained and uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. It has a solid-state digital controller and operators can monitor the temperature level on the LED display in Fahrenheit or Celsius. The system also monitors the temperature, notifying the operator if it exceeds the safe range.
