This piece of equipment maintains temperatures between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit, making the risk of its enamel-coated evaporator freezing unlikely. This reach-in is paired with hot gas condensate removal that defrosts the evaporator at timed intervals for optimal performance.

The Hoshizaki SR60B-24MD2 sandwich and salad prep table comes with 24 sixth-size poly pans measuring 4-inches-deep, enabling frequently used fillings and toppings to be housed within the top section. The top rail of this section can hold 6-inch-deep pans that are secured in place by the included adapter bars.
