This frame has an upper and lower half designed for differing purposes to achieve optimal results in high-volume settings. While the upper half provides room for 16 sixth-size poly pans full of toppings and fillings, the bottom features three stainless steel doors and a storage space ideal for backups, sauces, and produce. These pans are suspended above the cool surface with adapter bars and the doors are field reversible for user customization. A 72-inch cutting board is located between these two halves to provide a clean surface upon which to make delightful French dip sandwiches or refreshing pasta salads.

The Hoshizaki SR72B-16 food prep table consistently holds temperatures between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit temperatures with the durable refrigeration unit located at its rear. This self-contained system requires little operating space and consists of an enamel-coated evaporator to remove hot gas condensate and preserve its functionality, capillary tubing that spreads eco-friendly refrigerant, and an air distribution center that evenly pushes chilled air throughout its body. If this unit needs to be moved after cleaning or during transport, four 6-inch casters are applied along its bottom to facilitate mobility€”two of which lock for stationary placement.
