Fresh ingredients can be displayed on the Infrico IRT-MPG1980-COMBO pizza prep table's top-mounted ingredient case or stored on the base's three removable, plastic-coated wire shelves. The cabinet compartments use eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, while the VIP top case uses R134a hydrocarbon refrigerant to establish proper holding temperatures. Its self-contained refrigeration system features a side-mounted, slide-out design with an extractable condenser and a corrosion-resistant evaporator coil. Staff can monitor and modify temperatures with the externally mounted digital thermostat, and its automatic defrost mechanism minimizes ice buildup. To preserve generated temperatures in warm ambient settings, the cabinet is insulated with high-density polyurethane.

The Infrico IRT-MPG1980-COMBO pizza prep table measures 78 inches wide by 27¹/₂ inches deep by 55³/₈ inches high and is fitted with 4-inch swivel casters€”two of which include brakes€”for smooth maneuvering. Its interior and exterior are made of stainless steel to withstand high-volume use, while its durable granite worktop provides a decorative flair. The ingredient display case features a transparent safety glass construction to enable a clear view of merchandised toppings, and its open operator-facing side streamlines ingredient access. Users can access the refrigerated workspace with the three solid, hinged doors, which stay open past 95 degrees to simplify ingredient loading and retrieval. At less than 95 degrees, the doors self-close to reduce temperature fluctuations, and so operators can thoroughly clean the cabinet, it's built with rounded corners, a bottom drain, and removable shelves and slides.
