For low-volume pizza-prep applications, the Intrico IRT-MR41EN prep table unit's stainless steel top accommodates five third-size food pans and includes an insulated lid to maintain product freshness, pan divider bars to separate contents, and a removable polyethylene cutting board to provide a food-safe chopping surface. Beneath the stainless steel workspace, its refrigerated base features two removable, plastic-coated wire shelves capable of supporting 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans. The base is built with one insulated, self-closing door that can be locked as needed. Made of durable, rust- and wear-resistant stainless steel, this 41³/₈-inch-wide by 32⁵/₈-inch-deep by 40¹/₄-inch-high unit is durable enough to endure frequent back-of-house use. Its 4-inch casters facilitate transport for cleaning and maintenance with two locks for stability.

To ensure food-safe temperatures, the IRT-MR41EN pizza prep table uses R290 refrigerant to maintain temperatures from 35 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The digital thermostat provides a precise temperature reading that can be adjusted as needed, and to eliminate the need for manual ice scraping, it's equipped with an automatic defrost system. With a forced-air refrigeration system, this unit features an extractable condenser, corrosion-resistant evaporator coil, and nonelectric condensate pan. Integrated foamed-in-place, high-density polyurethane insulation reduces the risk of temperature fluctuations and heat exposure.
