The top side of this structure provides space for nine third-sized pans, which are great for holding diced onions, jalapenos, tomatoes, and other produce selections used to top pizzas or sandwiches. Pan dividers ensure the upper side remains organized, and the lids are insulated to lock in the cold when closed. The top also features a cutting board for food preparation; this cutting board can be removed for cleaning as needed.

The body of this unit features two self-closing doors to limit cold air escape. Meanwhile, past 95 degrees, the doors stay open to simplify stocking. The cabinet provides 17 cubic feet of interior space, which fits 4 plastic-coated shelves that remain stable with the use of universal tray slides. To lengthen this base's lifespan, the exterior and interior are made of strong stainless steel, and the interior is insulated with CFC-free polyurethane insulation. Its heavy-duty body is maneuvered with the help of 4-inch casters.

This Infrico IRT-MR67EN prep table cools stored items with the assistance of a self-contained refrigeration system that's side mounted to facilitate installation. The prep table uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to cool the internal air and uses a forced-air system to circulate the cooled air throughout the cabinet at a set temperature between 35 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
