Designed for preparing sandwiches and pizzas, the Infrico IRT-MR93EN prep table has the following features: 12 third-sized polycarbonate pans for holding diced produce, sliced meats, or shredded cheese, a simple-to-remove cutting board for crafting food, and two insulated lids to lock in the cold for retaining freshness. Below the top side of the unit is a three-section interior providing 27 cubic feet of interior space. For storing items before use€”or to easily top off the upper part of the display€”this unit stores two extra-dense, plastic-coated wire shelves per section. Universal tray slides keep the shelves stable through intense use.

The Infrico IRT-MR93EN pizza prep table features three polyurethane insulated doors that keep the interior cool. Both the interior and exterior are constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel to add sturdiness to the design. It's simple to maneuver using 4-inch-diameter casters that lock in the front for stability during use. Inside this 93¹/₄-inch-wide unit is a self-contained refrigeration system using hydrocarbon refrigerant and forced-air distribution to keep temperatures between 35 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. To service the system when needed, the condenser unit is fully extractable.
