Infrico IRT-UC48P 48 1/2" UC Series Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Infrico IRT-UC48P sandwich and salad prep table is constructed of durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel and sits on four casters for mobility. The unit's two-section refrigerated base has a self-contained refrigeration system that uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and forced air to keep the contents of the cabinet at a set level between 35 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Stored food can be placed on one of four plastic-coated wire shelves in the unit, and the interior's coved corners don't hold food particles for easy cleaning.

The top of the Infrico IRT-UC48P sandwich and salad prep table is fitted with a long polyethylene cutting board on the front, creating a space for the user to create customized salads. The prep table comes with 12 polycarbonate food pans that fit in the top of the unit and are designed to hold ingredients close at hand. The food pans can be covered with an insulted stainless steel cover when not in use to prolong ingredient freshness.
