Infrico IRT-UC48PMT 48 1/8" UC Series Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Infrico IRT-UC48PMT sandwich and salad prep table is a refrigerated, two section unit with a self-contained refrigeration system and durable stainless steel construction. The prep table's covered top section holds 18 sixth-size food pans full of sandwich or salad ingredients. A sanitary polyethylene cutting board is mounted in front of the food pans and provides a space to chop and assemble fresh salads and sandwiches; the cutting board is removable for cleaning and sanitizing.

The Infrico IRT-UC48PMT sandwich and salad prep table's two sections are insulated with polyurethane and accessible via two solid doors. Inside each section is two plastic-coated wire shelves for holding prepped ingredients in food pans to replenish the top pans when needed. The refrigeration system in the prep table's base uses hydrocarbon R290 refrigerant and a forced-air system to circulate the cooled air throughout the cabinet. The self-closing feature on the doors works to prevent unnecessary strain on the refrigeration system and preserve the food within.
