Infrico IRT-UC60P 60 1/2" UC Series Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The stainless steel Infrico IRT-UC60P sandwich and salad prep table is a two-section unit mounted on four casters with a 17-cubic-foot interior capacity. Its refrigerated base holds prepped ingredients, while its covered top tray holds food pans full of sandwich and salad ingredients. The top of the prep table comes with 16 plastic food trays and has a removable cutting board conveniently mounted in front.

The refrigerated base of the Infrico IRT-UC60P sandwich and salad prep table is insulated with a polyurethane foam that works to trap cold air and helps the unit maintain a set temperature between 35 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The self-contained, bottom-mounted refrigeration system has an evaporator coil coated in corrosion-resistant material for enhanced durability. Each of the two base sections has two plastic-coated wire shelves, while the solid doors have self-close and stay-open features.
