The evaporative pan holds condensation, and to protect against water damage, the evaporator's coils are coated in anti-corrosive material. For simple maintenance when needed, the refrigeration system is located at the bottom of the unit.

This Infrico IRT-UC60PMT prep table is designed with a refrigerated base€”best used for sandwich and salad making because of its polyethylene cutting board and top side that includes sixth-sized polycarbonate pans. These pans are ideal for toppings like jalapenos, parsley, green onions, pre-sliced deli meats, and a variety of shredded cheeses. Meanwhile, to protect the items on display from contaminants while keeping them fresh, users can shut the two nearby lids. Its interior cavity of 17 cubic feet can hold additional inventory and stores two wire shelves per section. Two self-closing doors keep the interior secure and stay open past 95 degrees for simplified stocking.
