The bottom of this unit provides a 21-cubic-feet interior space that holds two wire shelves per section, which are supported by shelf brackets. When users stock the interior with cheese or meat, each door fitted against the unit remains open past 95 degrees and self-closes once the tension is released. The interior and exterior of the unit are strengthened with stainless steel, while the walls and doors are foamed in with high-density polyurethane to preserve cold temperatures.
