The pans can hold essential sandwich, salad, or pizza toppings such as produce, meat, or cheese. Displayed items are protected from bugs and chemicals using the stainless steel insulated lid, and the polyethylene cutting board€”essential for crating food€”is removable for cleaning.
The lower body of this unit features three self-closing doors that capture the cold inside the unit's interior cavity with the assistance of easy-to-remove, snap-in door gaskets. They facilitate easy stocking because they remain open past 95 degrees and self-close when left ajar. The interior measures 21 cubic feet and holds two plastic-coated wire shelves per section.
