It's equipped with a full-depth cutting board and accommodates (12) 1/2 GN pans. Durable to support heavy use, the interior, top, and sides are made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Adding corrosion resistance, the exterior back is constructed of aluminum, and the unit is mounted on casters so operators can transport it for service or wheel it out of the way for cleaning.

The interior of the Kelvinator Commercial KCHST48.12 sandwich/salad prep table is equipped with a single vinyl-coated steel shelf, and operators can access it through two self-closing doors that remain open past 90 degrees for unobstructed loading. For simplified, thorough cleaning, the door gasket is removable. Using a self-contained refrigeration system and eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, this unit holds product between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
