Randell 9305-290 48" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

With its raised rim, the Randell 9305-290 refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table can hold pans as deep as 6 inches. Able to accommodate 12 sixth-size pans or a combination of fractional pans, this prep table enables users to offer a variety of topping options and is built with a refrigerated base for built-in cold storage. Each of its two solid doors measures 24 inches and self-closes to help conserve cold air and prevent product from spoiling. To facilitate sandwich and salad assembly, this unit offers a full-length poly cutting board.

Constructed of stainless steel, the Randell 9305-290 refrigerated prep table's exterior front, sides, and top are durable against rust and dents. Its top is die formed from a single piece of material, reducing cracks and crevices where bacteria could hide. Built with a recessed pan ledge, this table keeps the area above the pans chilled, prolonging product freshness to reduce waste. Ensuring an airtight seal, the doors are equipped with magnetic press-fit gaskets, and 2¹/₂ inches of CFC-free foam insulate the cabinet for enhanced performance.
