True TFP-32-12M-HC 32" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

To hold toppings for salads, sandwiches, and pizzas, the True TFP-32-12M-HC food prep table includes 12 sixth-size polycarbonate food pans. Food is kept consistently chilled within 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit to maintain food safety and quality, and operators can set a temperature in that range. A foam-insulated lid keeps product fresh and free of contaminants, and additional ingredients can be stored in the refrigerated cabinet base. An 8-inch-wide cutting board runs the length of the table and can be used as an area to prepare ingredients or meals.

Cold temperatures are maintained by a capillary tube system that uses R134A refrigerant to remove heat from the interior. To ensure product is chilled properly, the evaporator fan motor guides air over the pan and through the cabinet. Its condensing unit slides out from the back for maintenance access, and corrosion is resisted with an epoxy-coated evaporator. The True TFP-32-12M-HC food prep table retains cold air with polyurethane insulation.
