True TFP-64-24M-D-4-HC 64" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The True TFP-64-24M-D-4-HC prep table has an 8-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board that runs the length of the unit. It is ¹?₂-inch thick and ideal for preparing sandwiches, salads, and pizzas, or ingredients stored in the pans. The top pan compartment comes with 24 sixth-size pans and has two foam-insulated lids that protect product from contaminants. Guided airflow ensures the product in the top compartment is the same temperature as the rest of the cabinet.

The base of this unit has four drawers that each can hold a variety of pan sizes with a separately sold pan divider bar. Each drawer has facings, liners, and frames made of stainless steel for durability and a 12-inch recessed handle that facilitates opening. The interior has a stainless steel floor and coved corners for simple cleaning. The True TFP-64-24M-D-4-HC prep table ensures temperatures stay between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
