True TFP-72-30M-D-6-HC 72" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The True TFP-72-30M-D-6-HC prep table with refrigerated base has a stainless steel exterior with a corrosion-resistant, GalFan-coated steel back. With an aluminum interior liner, the exterior of the drawers is also constructed of stainless steel, with each drawer holding a variety of pan sizes with a sold separately pan divider bar. Recessed, 12-inch-long handles on the six drawers simplify opening them, and the magnetic gaskets prevent cold air leaks.

Products stored in the included 30 sixth-size pans are protected by the insulated lids and hoods, while ingredients, as well as pizzas, salads, and sandwiches, can be prepared on the 8-inch-deep cutting board. Temperature throughout the True TFP-72-30M-D-6-HC prep table can be set between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit since the refrigeration system has a guided airflow feature. To resist corrosion, the evaporator is coated with epoxy, and its condensing unit can be accessed from the back.
