To resist corrosion, epoxy coats the True TSSU-36-12M-B-HC prep table's evaporator, and powered by a sealed, self-lubricating motor, the evaporator fan has large blades that create high-volume air movement. These components ensure a durable refrigeration system, and when service is needed, the condenser is removable from the back of the unit for convenient access. Using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a capillary tube system, this table can be set to a specific temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

The unit's fan motor has a reversing feature that operates each time the compressor starts. To remove excess dust from the coil, it blows in the opposite direction for 20 seconds. When paired with routine maintenance, this self-cleaning system extends the unit's operating life.

For streamlined food preparation, this True TSSU-36-12M-B-HC prep table comes with 12 polycarbonate food pans and a full-length polyethylene cutting board, which is detachable for cleaning and sanitizing. This unit has a durable stainless steel top, front, doors, and sides with a GalFan-coated steel back. An insulated, removable stainless steel lid and hood keep ingredients chilled, and both doors have a 12-inch-long, foamed-in-place handle for comfortable opening.
