True TSSU-60-18M-B-HC 60" TSSU Series Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The True TSSU-60-18M-B-HC food prep table has shelf support pilasters and shelves that can be adjusted in ¹/₂-inch increments. Its countertop pan opening is designed to fit various pan configurations with available pan divider bars. It has four adjustable, PVC-coated wire shelves that are durable and maximize storage space. Four chrome-plated shelf clips are included per shelf.

This unit has positive-seal, self-closing solid doors with a 90-degree, stay-open feature that keeps them open past 90 degrees for loading and unloading product. Both doors swing within cabinet dimensions, and the interior has a clear-coated aluminum liner, as well as a stainless steel floor with coved corners to aid in cleaning. It is equipped with 5-inch-diameter stem castors, and locks are provided on the front set. The True TSSU-60-18M-B-HC sandwich and salad prep table has a 36-inch work surface height for accessibility.

Prolonging the prep table's life, a reverse condensing fan motor ensures the condensing coil remains clean. By removing dust, dirt, and debris from the coil, the unit operates using less energy and improved interior temperatures.
