Turbo Air JST-48-N 48" J Series Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Turbo Air JST-48-N sandwich and salad prep table has a refrigerated base that uses environmentally friendly R-290 refrigerant. Digital control ensures products are kept at the proper temperatures, and the side-mount compressor unit enables hassle-free service by providing component access. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation locks cold air inside the unit. For durability, the interior is constructed of stainless steel with aluminum sides, back, and door liners. Polyethylene-coated wire shelves in the cabinet are adjustable to provide storage space for large products, and LED lighting highlights the interior to provide visibility.

The Turbo Air JST-48-N prep table has a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom. Its ergonomic doors have magnetic gaskets, enabling removal for maintenance, while a cutting board runs the length of the table, providing space to prep food. For accessing and cleaning, the front grille cover is removable.
