The Turbo Air PST-28-FB-N-L PRO Series prep table is equipped with a left-hinged solid door that includes a lock and aluminum liner for added security and insulation. Inside the 6.5-cubic-foot refrigerated base, a single stainless steel shelf supports organized storage, and LED lighting enhances visibility. This unit features a front-breathing design, enabling installation in narrow spaces without clearance issues. Its stainless steel interior and exterior are paired with a galvanized steel bottom for enhanced durability in commercial kitchens.

To preserve cold air around the top pan cutout, the Turbo Air PST-28-FB-N-L prep table uses a cold bunker airflow system that envelops contents from all sides. A 9¹/₂-in.-deep polyethylene cutting board with side rail is mounted at the front for prep tasks. The insulated hood and lid are removable for thorough cleaning access. A self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and includes a self-cleaning condenser to clear dust buildup daily. The digital controller with external display monitors cabinet conditions, and fan control reduces warm air exchange when the door is open.
