The Turbo Air PST-48-18-FB-N PRO Series prep table features front-breathing airflow that draws and discharges air through the front, making it suitable for flush installation in tight spaces. This two-section unit includes two hinged solid swing doors with locks and two stainless steel wire shelves inside an 11.1-cubic-foot base. Its stainless steel interior and 22-gauge stainless exterior are built for durability, while the galvanized steel bottom resists corrosion. Inside, LED lighting and fan control improve visibility and energy performance.

On top, the Turbo Air PST-48-18-FB-N prep table holds 18 sixth-size pans in a stainless steel cutout protected by a removable, insulated hood and lid. A 9¹/₂-in.-deep, ¹/₂-in.-thick polyethylene cutting board runs along the front edge and includes a side rail. The cold bunker airflow system surrounds the pan area to maintain temperatures under 41 degrees Fahrenheit. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant powers the rear-mounted, self-contained system, and a self-cleaning condenser brushes dust daily. A digital temperature controller with external display ensures accuracy and monitoring. The cabinet maintains a 33–39 degrees Fahrenheit range for cold storage.
