The Turbo Air PST-48-18-N sandwich and salad prep table has digital controls that enable temperature adjustment from 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit, while a readout is provided on a monitoring system. A cold bunker system forces cold air throughout the cabinet, and when the doors are open, the fan shuts off to prevent temperature loss. Both doors on this unit have locks to prevent theft and are lined with aluminum to reduce corrosion risks.

The top of the Turbo Air PST-48-18-N prep table holds 18 pans of ingredients, such as vegetables, cheese, and meat. Employees can slice product on the 9¹/₂-inch-deep cutting board and prepare it on the side rail. This unit is made of stainless steel for durability and resistance to dents and scratches.
