To hold product, the Turbo Air PST-48-18-N-CL sandwich prep table has two stainless steel shelves. For corrosion resistance, the doors are lined with aluminum, and the unit is made of durable stainless steel. Locks on the doors prevent theft, and polyurethane insulation holds in chill so the temperature doesn't rise. Offering a place for employees to prepare food, this unit has a 9¹/₂-inch-deep cutting board.
