It’s cooled with R290 refrigerant—a natural hydrocarbon more environmentally friendly than traditional alternatives. Installation is streamlined with a self-contained refrigeration system, and it can be accessed from the rear for maintenance. To reduce energy loss, the unit is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane.

Holding 18 pans, the top of the Turbo Air PST-48-18-N-DS sandwich prep table can be used to store ingredients such as cheese or vegetables. Users can chop meats and assemble dishes on the 9¹/₂-inch-deep cutting board before serving them. Two shelves in the cabinet offer product storage for later use, and they are accessed behind two locking doors that reduce theft risks.
