Constructed of stainless steel, the Turbo Air PST-48-18-N-GL sandwich and salad prep table is resilient and rust resistant. The bottom is galvanized for strength, and the doors are aluminum lined to resist corrosion. Sandwich ingredients such as vegetables, meats, and condiments can be stored in the 18 upper pans, while additional product can be kept on two shelves in the cabinet. For food prep, this unit has a 9¹/₂-inch cutting board.

The Turbo Air PST-48-18-N-GL sandwich prep table has a monitoring system that provides an accurate temperature readout. This unit cools with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and using digital controls, the temperature can be adjusted from 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit. Reducing maintenance needs, the condenser is self-cleaning and can be accessed from the rear if something goes wrong.
