Equipped with a stainless steel top and 12-pan prep area, the Turbo Air PST-48-D4-FB-N PRO Series sandwich/salad table streamlines ingredient access during assembly. This two-section unit includes four drawers that accommodate sixth-size pans up to 6 inches deep—six in each top drawer and four in each bottom drawer (pans not included). The cabinet features a stainless steel interior, 22-gauge stainless steel exterior, and a galvanized bottom, insulated with CFC-free polyurethane. It’s mounted on swivel casters, with front locks for stability during use.

For optimal cooling performance, the Turbo Air PST-48-D4-FB-N prep table includes a cold bunker airflow system that circulates cold air above, beneath, and around the pan area to maintain food-safe temperatures below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. A 9¹/₂-in.-deep polyethylene cutting board offers a wide prep surface with side rail support, and an insulated hood and lid protect the top compartment. Its rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and features a corrosion-resistant evaporator and self-cleaning condenser. The cabinet maintains a temperature holding range between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit, and is controlled via the external digital system with a monitoring display and fan control.
