With its front-breathing design and insulated hood, the Turbo Air PST-48-FB-N PRO sandwich/salad prep table directs airflow from the front to maximize installation flexibility. Designed with a cold bunker airflow system, this unit circulates chilled air above and beneath the pan area, creating a cold-air shield that helps keep ingredients at safe temperatures between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit. The stainless steel cabinet and aluminum-lined doors provide structural integrity, and a self-cleaning condenser minimizes maintenance by brushing dust from the coils each day.

The Turbo Air PST-48-FB-N sandwich/salad prep table includes a 9¹/₂-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board with a side rail that helps guide ingredients along the work surface. Inside the 11.1-cubic-foot base, LED lighting brightens the cabinet to improve visibility, and two stainless steel shelves organize contents behind the solid swing doors. A fan control system shuts the fan off when the doors are open to reduce warm air intrusion, and 4-inch swivel casters support mobility and stability.
