Designed with a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system, the Turbo Air PST-60-24-D4-N PRO Mega Top sandwich/salad prep table maintains a temperature range of 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit. The cold bunker system creates a shield of air around stored pans to help preserve ingredients during service. Its stainless steel cabinet is built with a galvanized steel bottom and aluminum drawer liners, while high-density polyurethane insulation supports cold retention.

The Turbo Air PST-60-24-D4-N sandwich/salad prep table is equipped with four drawers and a 9¹/₂-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board. The top drawer layout holds pans up to 6 inches deep, with combinations that include full-size, third-size, and sixth-size options. The bottom drawers also accommodate 6-inch-deep pans with varied configurations. A digital temperature control system and LED lighting improve visibility and operation, while swivel casters with locking fronts provide secure placement.
