With front-breathing airflow and a cold bunker system, the Turbo Air PST-60-24-FB-N PRO Mega Top sandwich/salad prep table distributes chilled air across the top pan area to maintain a food-safe holding temperature of 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit. This two-section unit is equipped with a stainless steel exterior and interior and a galvanized steel bottom for added durability. A self-cleaning condenser removes dust from the coils daily to support long-term performance with minimal maintenance.

The Turbo Air PST-60-24-FB-N sandwich/salad prep table features two drawers and two swing doors with locks for access to the 14.8-cubic-foot interior. Its 9¹/₂-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board includes a side rail, and the stainless steel top holds 24 condiment pans. LED lighting and a fan control system help conserve energy and protect food from warm air exposure. The cabinet is mounted on swivel casters with locks on the front set.
